The ideal place for a discovery vacation or to settle down and work as a nomad. Here, in the garden, with the pool, you will find tranquility and privacy that will recharge your energy between your Yucatán escapades.
The house has a large comfortable living room, two bedrooms, including a separate loft at the back of the garden, a pool, a newly equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and, of course, wifi!
The garden is a peaceful and private place where you can immerse yourself. You can enjoy many tropical plants, flowers and trees, such as banana, lime, and orange trees to make juices or shake Margaritas! It's the perfect place to relax when the temperature becomes too hot for city walks and have meals on the coolest terrace in town!
This is a private home with a private very intimate garden. All spaces are available to guests. One room is inside the house and the other room is a private casita, in the garden, near the pool. The second bathroom offers an open-air shower in the garden.
House rules
1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
3.We have a preoccupation with energy consumption, therefore the excess consumption (more than 25 kw per day on average), will be paid by the guest in cash at the time of check out at MXN$4/kw as a supplement.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Maximum 5 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 5 people.
